Every week Joe’s Meat Market brines and wood smokes fresh meat for its customers. None of our products – bacon, ham, kielbasa, pate, deli, stuffed cabbage – contain any preservatives. Just like the purveyors throughout Poland’s neighborhoods and villages we want our customers to enjoy fresh, authentically made food.
We’ve been smoking fresh meat and sausage in our little brick building at 437 Smith Street in Perth Amboy since 1976.
